1.	If scratch pages are not released after an abend of a
	nonterminal task apply CA PTFs 

	a. QO80533, QO79875 and QO80899 for release 15
	b. QO80584 and QO80900 for release 16 SP00 and SP02
	c. QO80583 and QO80901 for release 16 SP02,SP03 and SP04.

	This problem may most probably occur in VG-IDMS/Web Server or
	VG-Application Server applications.
